Union Paving reconstructed four miles of Rt. 80 including: roadway, ramp and bridge widening, installation of new on/off ramps, and building retaining and noise walls. The project required extensive traffic control and complex staging due to significant grade changes between the new and existing roadways while maintaining three open lanes of traffic.

Additionally, the project required high intensity construction to compress several weeks of work into 3 days. We excavated over 123,000 CY; placed 302,764 TN of asphalt; built 18,024 SF of retaining walls and 63,252 SF of noise walls; and installed 49,488 LF of storm piping and 62,201 LF of conduit.
